GClient – the first Windows desktop client for Google+

Since the appearance of Google+, we are seeing how little by little initiatives are emerging that improve our user experience with this social network. Now it’s time to talk about desktop versions, or rather, of the first desktop version released for Google+. Is called GClient, it’s free and it is added to the inbox of our Windows system, from which a fixed-size window will appear through which we can interact with Google+ as if it were a mobile version, resembling its handling to the iOS application, available today through the iTunes Store. To do this, the first step is to request an unlocking code via email that, once in our possession, will allow us to interact with the application that the first thing it will show us, every time we run it, is the stream of our account, where we can read the most recent publications of our circles and leave our comments. In addition, from the top it will give us access to the menu where we will have the basic options of this service. The truth is that it has the functions that we can find in the mobile versions, that is, most of the options except for meetings and chats. Goes: TNW
