Daniel Robles, member of the Communication and Marketing team at HootSuite, tells me some information about the movements that this excellent tool is making to better integrate into our market. – They have launched the Spanish Twitter support account HootSuite_ES. Through this profile, users can receive help, advice or consult any questions about HootSuite. The account has been very well received and they are creating lists to help users find other HootSuite fans. – They have created a special section in Spanish in the HootSuite Help Desk, where articles with help and information will appear (about the new HootSuite plans or why use HootSuite to manage Twitter, for example) and where, above all, they have made available to users a couple of community forums where they can publicly consult their questions and have a centralized place where they can discuss and answer questions about HootSuite. – They have launched the free version of HootSuite for iPad in Spanish. With this addition, the free HootSuite applications that are available in Spanish can be installed on Android, BlackBerry and iOS (iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch), thus covering practically all of the most popular platforms currently in the portable field. – Finally, the Translate Project goes ahead. It is a collaborative project in which all HootSuite users are invited to participate in the translation of the service into their language. While the Italian and French versions have already been translated and published, the Spanish translation of the web client has not yet been finalized. Therefore, they launch an open message so that anyone who is encouraged to participate can do so.
