Nuevo aspecto del reproductor de YouTube

New transparent YouTube player now works by default

This is the new aspect of YouTube that will be present every time you want to view any of your videos even if they are embedded in other sites:

New look of YouTube player

We mentioned in April the tests that YouTube was carrying out with an attractive new transparent player for the web version of the service, which was endowed with different visual characteristics similar to those of its mobile applications.

Since then it has been possible to activate such an aspect by modifying its cookies and recently it was possible to activate or deactivate it to return to the old player – directly from the YouTube experimental functions page available at youtube.com/testtube, but it is in the same last space where its default inclusion is now confirmed since the option to disable you.

Of course, doubt will probably arise about its advantages compared to the old version characteristic for its gray bar. Well, in addition to the fact that the control bar becomes transparent as well as all its submenus, thus affecting a minimum amount of the video content each time it is displayed, the player adapts to any screen size even if it is embedded, and it works with HTML5.

For its part, the circular button that guides playback on a red line, which by the way now looks thinner, has also been adapted so as not to interfere and now disappears in moments, just like the control bar makes it much faster as soon starts or resumes playing a video.
