Using cloud storage service accounts like web page hosting is not a new idea. The option that we show you today is similar to Droppages. This is websrvr.in, an application that we can use to, using Dropbox’s public sharing system, show our websites to the world.
It supports html, js, css, imges … static content, since it does not have how to run php, asp or any other programming language that Apache needs, for example. The links between the content are respected, and the amount of information that we can post is unlimited, although the service is not free: it costs a dollar a month.
It has no themes, no extensions, or any other added functionality, it only serves as a file repository, facilitating access to a group of locally built web pages, which may be helpful at certain times.
