For this new offering, Zoom has partnered with hardware vendors such as DTEN, Neat, Poly, and Yealink.

The new HaaS service will be offered through the ServiceNow platform, which allows applications to adapt to the workflow of workers, rather than the other way around, and which also means that ServiceNow will begin to be used internally among the more than 11,000 workers.
